Every story fascinates me. The real stories. The messy ones. And in the busyness of life; the routines, the chaos, the to-do lists, it’s easy to let moments slip by. We take quick photos on our phones, usually of the kids, while we stay behind the lens, missing from the frame. But these days are fleeting. One day, we’ll look back and wish we’d pressed pause, wish we’d captured every single moment.
From our first contact, I’ll take the time to understand what’s unique about your family and ensure our communication is always relaxed and comfortable. I’ll foster an environment of trust and calm because this vulnerability and openness is where the magic happens. My style is somewhere in between lifestyle and documentary and through my images i’ll show you the messy beauty of what this season of life has really been like.
I won’t pose you awkwardly, or sculpt you into something that’s untruthful for your family, I’ll just provide gentle and natural guidance to shine a light on what makes your family special. My family photography services are available in Newcastle, Hunter Valley and surrounds.

The process

Once you fill out the contact form below, we’ll chat via phone or email to get the ball rolling. You’ll then fill out a questionare.

The questionare will allow me to get to know you a little better. From it we’ll book in the date & decided on the style and location of the session. A $200 deposit is required to lock in the date with the remainder due one week before our session.

Shoot day! It’s time to relax, be present and soak in the love. Our session is all about having a fun, normal day as a family.

2-3 weeks after our session you’ll receive a collection of professionally edited images direct to your inbox in your own private gallery.

Central Coast and Sydney regions are available at an additional travel cost of $80 and $120 respectively. -
I do not. However, I will provide wardrobe advice for you and your family

You’ll receive an invoice for $200 to secure your photo session. The remaining balance is due a week before the shoot date.

I’m so passionate about what I do! I truly enjoy capturing the in-between moments that are often so raw and messy. This unfiltered beauty is where the magic happens. Sessions with me are relaxing and stress-free. I’m simply there to capture the moment while you go about doing your thing. I exclusively use natural light in my sessions, meaning no studio setups with artificial light. My style is as natural as possible, which means instead of cheesy smiles at the camera, I will guide you to be your natural selves and will capture the genuine love, emotion and connection between you and your family.
I have a whooping cough booster – for some added peace of mind!

I get it! I really do. I can totally empathise that young kids are almost NEVER going to do what you want them to do. Please don’t worry about this at all - we can have as many snack / drinks / tantrum breaks as your little ones need.
Also keep in mind that I won’t make your kids stand still and smiling at the camera for the entire session. I really encourage your family to have fun just being yourselves; being silly and loving on each other.

If we have an outdoor session booked and it’s raining, we will reschedule for another day. We can make the call together either the night before or on the day of; I’ll be in contact in the days leading up to the session to chat about our options.
